Chefs A’Field, a multiple James Beard Award-winning public television program, including Best National Television Cooking Program, follows Portland’s Chef Philippe Boulot and his 14-year-old daughter Chloe as they visit the farm of Tim Gilmer and his wife, Sam. They tour the farm with Tim, collect samples of fresh-grown vegetables and basil, and Chloe learns about organic farming. In the second part of the episode, they return to the kitchen at the Heathman Hotel, where Chef Boulot instructs his daughter on how to prepare the organic ingredients they have sourced.
